Questions about our hiring
How long until I hear back?
We review every application within 5–7 working days. You'll get an email either way, even if it isn't moving to the next stage.
Can fresh graduates apply?
Absolutely. Several roles are open at entry level and for internships. What we look at is how you think and how willing you are to learn, not just years on a CV.
Which file formats do you accept?
CVs and portfolios as PDF, DOC, DOCX, PNG, or JPG up to 5 MB per file. Supporting documents like diplomas and certificates can be uploaded — up to 5 files.
Can I work fully from another city?
Most engineering roles are hybrid — three days at the South Jakarta office. Some roles are fully remote; each listing states which.
How is my personal data handled?
Files are stored on our private server, never published, and readable only by the recruitment team. You can request deletion by emailing us at any time.
Can I apply for more than one role?
Yes. Send one application per role so our team can assess your fit for each position separately.
